Stay hopeful And Stay Positive

There are many obstacles. Having goals is not enough. One has to keep getting closer to those goals, amidst all the inevitable twists and turns of life.Hope allows people to approach problems with a mindset and strategy-set suitable to success, thereby increasing the chances they will actually accomplish their goals. Some times we feel like there is no way to reach to our goals but with the little hope you get confidence to fight with the situation and other negative vibes. From the place of hope other positive emotions such as courage and confidence (self efficacy) and happiness emerge. They become our coping strategy, the emotions crucial in helping us survive. They allow us to take a wider view, become more creative in our approach and problem solving and retain our optimism and the best example of this is former Indian captain M.S.dhoni he shows us how to stay positive in difficult times and when people thinks that India cannot win. He came up and shows us how to do impossible things possible by stay positive and focus on our goal and things are like this people having hopes on him everytime whenever India is in tough situation.

Ways to stay hopeful
  •  Be kind to yourself and others.
  1.  Curtail your intake on media-Go easy on yourself. Consider watching/reading a couple of news shows/articles a couple of times a day (once a day is better).
  2. Take mini-breaks—these can be anywhere from 30 seconds to a couple of minutes, two or three times a day. Shift your focus from whatever you are doing to something that brings you the feeling of happiness.
  3. Practice random acts of kindness—every day! Go ahead and help the elder across the street, or get the item off the top shelf at the grocery store for the person in the wheelchair,These random acts will bring a smile to your face as well as the person on the receiving end.

  •  Treat each day like a precious gift
  1. Express love tangibly—be generous with hugs for loved ones, encouraging words for coworkers, and those acts of kindness mentioned above.
  2. Revel in the beauty around you—there is beauty everywhere; sometimes we just have to shift our focus. Notice the color of the sky, the grain in the wood, the water dripping off an icicle, the sound of children laughing, or bird song. Beauty is plentiful, and always there.
  3. Be grateful—for everything! The roof over our head, food in the refrigerator, the warmth of a sweater, and for the people in our lives, especially our family and friends.

Commitment

Commitment a word which is very important in our life's .I think if you want to be successful in life than you must need to commit for your goals. Commitment is also a formula to live a happy life according to late great Albert Einstein"if you want to live a happy life, tie it to a goal, not to people or things".The capacity to manage ones finances, health, relationships, career and a host of other things makes it arduous at the best of times. It’s any wonder we often neglect those things which are important to us.You might find your relationships fall apart when least expected, your health deteriorates or your finances take a beating.
Think about this for a moment
How many stories or biographies about successful people have you read where the narrative involved smooth sailing or an easy path toward success? Very few I would imagine.Success requires discipline, hard work, perseverance, tenacity, will, courage and faith. With that in mind, here are some guidelines for persevering with your goals — no matter what life throws at you.
Steps to help you stay committed

  • Create successful habits- Many of us current day to day task are habitual in nature. Some of them are with since our childhood . The key element is to create daily habits that will help us to reach closer to our goals.
“Whenever you want to achieve something, keep your eyes open, concentrate and make sure you know exactly what it is you want. No one can hit their target with their eyes closed.” ― Paulo Coelho
  • Focus on smaller victories- Depending on the size of the goal, it’s advisable to focus on smaller victories that draw you closer to your goal. For example, if your goal is to run a marathon (42km), you might allow a specified period in which to realise the goal.It might be a ten month project or more in which you undertake smaller goals along the way. Completing your first 10km run and gradually building up to competing in a longer distance event would be a logical progression.

“A goal is not always meant to be reached, it often serves simply as something to aim at.” ― Bruce Lee

Creativity Skills For Life

Creative Thinking
Creative thinking means looking at something in a new way. It is the very definition of “thinking outside the box.” Often, creativity in this sense involves what is called lateral thinking, or the ability to perceive patterns that are not obvious. The fictional detective Sherlock Holmes uses lateral thinking in one famous story when he realizes that a dog not barking is an important clue in a murder case.
Creative people have the ability to devise new ways to carry out tasks, solve problems, and meet challenges. They bring a fresh, and sometimes unorthodox, perspective to their work. This way of thinking can help departments and organizations move in more productive directions. For these reasons, they are extremely valuable to a company.

Top Creative Thinking Skills

Analytical
Before thinking creatively about something, you first have to be able to understand it. This requires the ability to examine things carefully to understand what they mean. Whether you are looking at a text, a set of data, a lesson plan, or an equation, you need to be able to analyze it first.
Open-Minded
Creativity involves thinking of things no one else has considered before. You have to set aside any assumptions or biases you may have, and look at things in a completely new way. By coming to a problem with an open mind, you allow yourself the chance to think creatively.
Problem Solving
Employers don’t simply want to hire creative people because they are impressive. They want creative employees who will help them solve work-related issues. Therefore, when applying for jobs, highlight your ability not only to think creatively, but to use your creativity to solve an important issue.
Communication
People will only appreciate your creative idea or solution if you can communicate it effectively to the people you work with. Therefore, you need to have strong written and oral communication skills.
You also need to be able to fully understand a situation before thinking creatively about it. Therefore, you also need to be a good listener. By asking the right questions and understanding the problem, you can come up with a unique solution.

  • Put things into perspective and try not to get upset about insignificant or relatively unimportant matters.
  • Take stress-management, time-management, or anger-management classes.
  • Find activities that you enjoy and set aside time to participate in them on a regular basis.
  • Participate in regular physical exercise.
  • Consume a healthy diet.
  • Avoid or reducing alchol and caffeine intake.
  • Maintain a positive outlook.
